1. Stop Procrastinating
You don’t need help to work on your spirituality. Try to budget at least 20 minutes during the day to focus on your aura. When you can eliminate stress and negative emotions, you’ll find that many of life’s unwanted events start to fade. Don’t put it off!
2. Take a Bath
People feel refreshed after a bath because they take on a ritualistic process of cleansing. The different salts and essential oils help you clean the energy field. If you don’t have a tub, try adding a couple of drops of eucalyptus oil to the shower while lingering in there for a few extra minutes.
3. Herbal Smudging
Use dried white sage to start cleansing your aura. When you burn this herb, its smoke works to cleanse your energy fields. If you can’t find any at a local= store, items like fresh thyme, sage, or cedar are also helpful.
4. Take a Walk
A fast and fun way to cleanse your aura is to take a long walk. The exercise lets you get out of your head. If it is raining, you can allow the moisture to wash away the toxicity and negativity from your spiritual life.
5. Chant a Mantra
People develop negative spiritual energies because they offer self-criticism to themselves constantly. Try to spend five minutes chanting a positive mantra instead. Even something simple like, “I am good enough,” can offer a powerful boost.
